Beleura Hill

Our clients at Beleura Hill have lived in their home for 25 years, and with adult children were ready to embark on a full home renovation to modernise and capitalise on the next stage of life.

A much loved family home, they worked with an architect to address a dysfunctional layout, extended living space, new master zone and ensure northern light was captured, ventilation improved and insulation and windows upgraded.

Assembly Interiors was then engaged to create a harmonious and calm interior, with a focus on the kitchen, walk in pantry, laundry, bathroom, powder room and ensuite.

An original stone fireplace was the starting point for our material selection, it’s warm hues sparking our creative direction and leading to the selection of mid-tone timbers, Taj Mahal quartzite and stone tiles against a neutral backdrop.

Functional cabinetry was a top priority for these avid cooks, with the kitchen now a beautiful space to welcome guests, leading to a new living space and connected outdoor zones.
